Stewart L. Pomeroy Scrapbook, 1919-1927.

The Pomeroy scrapbook is full of pamphlets, photographs, newspaper clippings, football programs, Masquerader programs, and other ephemera. The photographs cover a diverse range of subjects. There are many pictures of sports particularly football (action shots at games and individual players) as well as members of other teams. Of particular interest are the photographs and ephemera associated with UF's road trip to play Harvard on November 4, 1922. There are also two pictures of Duval High School football players. There are pictures taken of the UF campus and recreational activities at beach and lakes as well as materials associated with Flag Rush. Various ephemera from the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and the Theta Ribbon Society are included as are felt letters and insignia. Pomeroy continued to add material to the scrapbook after he left UF, but there is little after 1927.
